To make it comfortable do some things such as use ice packs on the breast for 15 to 20 minutes. If it doesn’t help, use warm washcloth on the breast and then put your baby to the breast for a few minutes. However, if you have chills or fever and your breasts are still swollen and uncomfortable after two days, you need to call your healthcare provider.

The last thing, you can get pregnant again just two weeks after giving birth. Many experts advice that you and your partner need to talk about the birth control because it can affects to your health and the health of your next baby. So, keep your health.
